Today is April Twenty-Third. 04-23-13. On this day, I finally gave in and took a look at My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, just to see what all the damn fuss was about, and why so many men seemed to enjoy the show.

This is the day I became a Brony, one whole year ago. I have met quite a lot of interesting people throughout my journey, and taken quite a number of oaths as well. For one thing, I took a solid pledge to a great deal of virtues, and I stick to them whole-of-heart. siftstone.deviantart.com/art/T…

Now, I have met a loooooooot of fellow bronies as I have went along, and for a whole year of my Bronyism, a few of my friends have stuck with me through thick, thin, and Sifty McAnger-rage.

:iconsufferingsquids: First and foremost is my pal, Squidsy. This guy has helped me through bitter depression, the first time I've ever had it, and is the primary reason I have been able to improve in writing and art. While his own humble personality does not wish to accept the fact that he is, in fact, super-awesome, I will always be reminding him that he is. Though he's not a Brony, he's been supportive of every ounce of pone that has emerged from my breath. I am proud to say that he is, without a doubt in my mind, one of my best friends, ever. Brothers to the end.

:iconhatcheye: Though he can be so busy with school that it kills his creative abilities, I have been friends with this man for close to seven years, now. He's always able to make me laugh, and I was happy that he stuck so cleanly with my Bronyism when I was first affected. Hell, though he's a bit slow to admit it, I'm pretty sure I've made him into a Brony though no fault of my own.

:iconthe-king-of-gits: We don't talk as much as we used to, but it's this girl that had me create a dA account, and she's a bit of a pegasister in her own right.

:iconthe-poko: This man is just the very definition of friendly and awesome. Super-generous, and absolutely kind, Poko here is another man I am proud to say is one of my best friends. He's an awesome Vector artist, and his artistic skill stretches beyond pone and paper. Seriously, +Watch this man, or I will find you and stomp parts of you. Poko? You have my sword.

:iconstorypony: This girl. This girl right here. She's as awesome as Poko, and I'm pretty damn sure if the two of them were in a room together, something would explode somewhere from a sheer overwhelming mass of awesome. She's really kind, and her humanizations are great works of art, with her drawing style being of the sort I have not seen anywhere else. There is no way I can thank her properly for what she's done for me, and I vow to remain faithful to her as long as my blood isn't spread onto the floor.

:iconvivere-sectam129: His creatures are awesome, and his drawing style reminds me a lot of my own. He's got marvelous ideas, but the way things have been going for him in his life, he's just not able to flex them as well as he should. Regardless, Vi-Si's an awesome guy, and he definitely has my arm in whatever conflict may march his way.

:iconpeefiftyone: My buddy, Kole Koons. He's really into cars and ponies, and he's quite an intelligent young man. He's great at helping me calm down through way of arguments, because he and I see things the same way. While we may have our differences- primarily, he's into language and I'm into bone breaking- he and I get along just fine. Kole! /)

:iconascendantliche: This is my good friend Jackie Boy Jack Hargraves, another young man I consider to be one of my brothers. Though he's in Britain, this guy's always been around to listen to me rant, and he's an absolutely AWESOME friend. He and I are capable of talking over a number of ideas, and I'm always going to be available to help him if the need arises. I just wish he had a little bit more self-esteem. He and his girlfriend are truly, truly good friends to me, and I'm happy to know them.

:iconthelunarguardian: I respect the everloving fuck out of this man. Though we met comparatively recently, he and I have a LOT of things in common, and just the simple mindset he and I share is a massive reason for my respect for him. He and I are always talking about some random asspull of a subject, so I never feel like I'm alone anymore, and beside that, the little adventures he and I have gone on in text are fucking hilarious and horrifying. Studying anything under this man's wing will be the greatest thing I have ever done. /) /) /) /) All of my brohooves. Shit, I consider him a brother, as well.

:iconblade829: This is Lunar's brother, and another man I respect the everloving fuck out of. Though he and I don't go on adventures like Lunar and I do, the kind of shit that this man endures is enough for me to owe him a medal or few. He's been able to cheer me up when I was down in a slump a couple of times, and his pony art is near-perfect with the scenes he creates. If he, Lunar and I ever meet in person- an inevitable fate- there will be more Hell raised than elbowing Satan in the dickcheeks.

:iconjoligabrielle: My friend Joli's been there for me just as much as the others have when it comes to my less-than-optimal bitch-moan side, and I'm glad she's been able to endure my sorry ass for so long. She's got great poetry, and if you don't go to read her stuff right now, I'll bite your favorite nostril off.

:iconnutmeg777: I met Megan here through Jack, and if my memory serves me right, it was because of some stories about me that Jack's girlfriend, Siobhan, had shared. She's got an awesome grasp on pony and other kinds of artwork, and her dA page is well worth stopping by.

:icondoggonepony: Adam here is a busy man, but he never fails to impress me with the relative simplicity, yet excellence presented in his artwork. I d'aw daily from the funny and adorable expressions from his "Drunk Aj" challenges, and I enjoy talking to him. I mean, sweet holy fuck, I have NEVER met a man as jolly and happy as this guy is! To quote him, in his own words, he's "As happy as a vacuum cleaner in space." /)

:iconreddragon95: I don't see too much of the guy, but I see enough of him and talk to him enough that he deserves mention here. He's not a Brony, but he doesn't mind pone. Really, a couple of his comments have been most helpful, indeed.

:iconinazumajuggon: So far, he's had a word on everything I've ever done, and I thank him for that. He's a growing poet, storywriter and artist, but, Hell, we all start somewhere! Keep practicing, brother! You'll get there soon enough! Sifty's got your back on that one, mate!

:iconmasterofspecters: Met this guy on an Advice Site that I help moderate and work on. Though we're two different kinds of Brony, I easily consider Speccy here to be one of my best, and as far as I've seen, his work on AskThePonies is even better than the crap that I've typed up. He's an active member of the Brony community, and I'm glad to know the guy.

:icongottaluvkyo: She and I talk every now and then, but it's enough for me to like the girl. She's a Hetalian- I don't watch any form of anime, Me'self, but I can still compare to her. Her fandom's got some of the same mine does, and she knows enough about Pone to include that in a convo.

If I didn't put you down, it's either because we don't interact very often, or because I'm too lazy to try and complete the list. I have a LOT of people that I know and have met, and it's difficult to thank everybody. If I missed anybody that DOES interact often, tell me, goddammit.

But, yes.

These are people I have met during my year or known prior. All awesome people, and I'll be there for each and every single one of them- if they want me to, at least :P

Ya'll have a nice day now!

Words cannot express my gratitude.
So I'll just have to make them.
Thank you, fellow brethren of the fudge.
(Don't sell yourself short on the ATP posts. Your first one is what got me going to that site in the first place, remember?)

Ignore the tube sock in your refrigerator.

It's just me.

Tube Sock? And you didn't offend me in any way, at least you didn't peg me as a brony. :)
